ABOUT

The team behind Frenzee.

We built the production team we always wished we’d had — and made it something anyone with an idea can hire.

Why we built it

Making a physical product used to mean becoming a sourcing expert first: a spec you don’t have, factories that go quiet, agents who mark you up, a production team priced past your first run. We’ve felt that wall from both sides — getting custom products made for the brands we worked for, and trying to make our own from the wrong side of the world. Frenzee is the thing that wasn’t there.

The founders

Emily Ho

FOUNDER

A marketing and strategy operator who has spent 10+ years building and scaling platforms across sports, entertainment, tech and consumer brands — 0→1 launches, large-scale event and program operations (the Honda Racing fan-engagement platform; MotoGP), and an AI platform grown to 100,000+ users. She also runs Signal Collective, a cross-border operations studio.

Jason Mak

COFOUNDER

Sydney-based, with a background in data and engineering behind Frenzee’s runtime. He’s also the maker Frenzee is built for: he set out to make his own products from Australia and hit every wall — no access, no idea where to start — so we built the thing that wasn’t there.

Built by operators who ship

Frenzee comes out of Signal Collective, the cross-border operations studio Emily runs — the team that audits other companies’ operating models has now shipped a product inside one. The studio’s work includes a ten-day operations audit delivered for a listed industrial manufacturer (named privately, under agreement). The point: this isn’t a demo-ware team. We’ve done real operational work for real companies, and Frenzee is what we built when we pointed that at our own problem.

How we work

Honest by design

Our margin is a line on the quote, in writing — never a markup buried in the factory price. You stay anonymous to factories until you commit. We say what’s built and what isn’t.

Built in Hong Kong

On the ground in the manufacturing corridor — close to where the work actually happens, not a satellite office.

We build, we don’t just pitch

A working product and a warm pipeline of interested brands. We’d rather show the thing than talk about it.

Access you can’t buy quickly

The network behind every match runs on relationships — a 30-year sourcing operator and a multi-category family manufacturer among them. It includes factories that supply Fortune 500 brands.

We’re early, and we’re honest about it — pre-launch, founder-funded, building toward the first paying brands. If you make things, or help people who do, we’d like to hear from you.
