The team behind Frenzee.
We’re building the garment production team an original clothing brand can use before it has a full department of its own.
Why we built it
One garment creates a chain of work: the specification, fabric and trims, factory questions, costing, samples, changes, approvals and the production calendar. Large brands spread those jobs across a department. Smaller teams carry them in inboxes, spreadsheets and people’s heads. Frenzee is being built to carry that work while keeping every decision visible to the brand.
The founders
A marketing and strategy operator who has spent 10+ years building and scaling platforms across sports, entertainment, tech and consumer brands — 0→1 launches, large-scale event and program operations (the Honda Racing fan-engagement platform; MotoGP), and an AI platform grown to 100,000+ users. She also runs Signal Collective, a cross-border operations studio.
LinkedIn →Sydney-based, with a background in data and engineering behind Frenzee’s runtime. He’s also the maker Frenzee is built for: he set out to make his own products from Australia and hit every wall — no access, no idea where to start — so we built the thing that wasn’t there.
LinkedIn →Built by operators who ship
Frenzee comes out of Signal Collective, the cross-border operations studio Emily runs. The work combines operational systems, product building and a garment network spanning factory owners, manufacturers, sourcing agents and merchandisers in China and Vietnam. The software is in development and is being checked against how real garment runs move.
How we work
Garments first
Frenzee is focused on clothing. That is where the team has the relationships and operating knowledge to help brands now.
Working while we build
Frenzee is currently helping two garment brands with sourcing. The furthest work has reached sampling; no end-to-end production run has been completed yet.
Software and people
Software carries the record and coordination. Experienced people keep the supplier, negotiation, sampling and quality judgement.
Visible by design
Specifications, materials, quotes, sample changes, dates and decisions stay attached to the garment instead of disappearing into separate chats and spreadsheets.
We’re pre-launch and founder-funded. Frenzee is working with two garment brands on sourcing now, with the furthest work at sampling, while the software is being built. If you run production for an original clothing brand, we’d like to learn how you work.
