Why I built Frenzee
Before Frenzee, I tried to get a custom outfit made for a major sports event. It was a difficult process, and it showed me how much of this trade rests in people’s heads.
I was fortunate to have friends with years of experience in the clothing trade, and I’ve since sat down with 20 people from factories, retail brands, sourcing agencies and trading houses—about 15 years in the trade each. They showed me what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to work through the problems that come up.
Over the past year, I’ve found fabrics and factories and developed garments for brand owners. Now I’m turning those lessons into Frenzee: a workspace that helps you work directly with factories and keep the details together.
