Your data, handled honestly.
We collect the minimum we need to run Frenzee for you, we don’t sell it, and we tell you who else touches it. Plain English below — no dark patterns. Last updated 4 June 2026.
Who we are
Frenzee is an AI merchandiser and production manager for people who make and sell physical products, operated out of Hong Kong. If you have a privacy question, email help@frenzee.co — a founder reads it.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, used for magic-link sign-in, and a display name and brand/shop handle if you set them.
- What you put into the product — your product ideas, briefs, specifications, supplier and order information, and messages you create or send through Frenzee.
- Connected channels (only if you connect them) — if you link an email inbox, we access the specific messages needed to draft and manage your supplier conversations, with your consent, and only for that purpose.
- Basic usage data — standard logs and analytics to keep the product working and improve it.
How we use it
To run Frenzee for you: turn your ideas into factory-ready briefs, match and contact suppliers, manage production, and handle payments where you choose that. We do not sell your personal data. Some of what you type (briefs, messages) is processed by our AI provider to generate briefs and replies — see “Who processes your data” below.
Who processes your data (sub-processors)
We use a small set of trusted providers to operate the product. The main ones:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- OpenRouter / Moonshot AI (Kimi) — the AI model that turns your descriptions into briefs and drafts replies.
- Stripe — payment processing (billing), where you use Frenzee-handled payments.
- Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (web hosting) — to deliver sign-in links, notifications, and the site itself.
Buyer anonymity
When you source through Frenzee, your identity stays private to factories until you choose to commit. We don’t expose your name, contact, or company to a supplier at the quote stage.
Security
How we protect data — encryption, access controls, and our honest certification status — is on our security page.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Use your account settings where available, or email help@frenzee.co and we’ll handle it. We keep data only as long as we need it to run the product or as the law requires.
Where your data is handled
Frenzee operates from Hong Kong and works across the Asia–Pacific corridor, so your data may be processed in Hong Kong and the regions where our providers operate.
