The reunited couple braves dropping temperatures with cozy layers as Grande's 10-day residency continues.
Ariana Grande has brought more than her Eternal Sunshine tour to London—the singer has also brought along Ricky Álvarez, with whom she recently rekindled a romance from nearly a decade ago.
The pair were spotted navigating the city's considerably cooler temperatures in layered, casual looks. Grande wore an oversized off-white fuzzy cardigan by Amomento over straight-leg blue jeans, finishing the outfit with white Sandy Liang patent ballet pumps, red socks, and a pale pink Alice headband. She accessorized with round Loewe sunglasses and Irene Neuwirth gumball stud earrings, styling her light brunette hair in a slicked-back braided bun. Álvarez matched the relaxed energy in a dark blue denim trucker jacket, baggy beige pants, white lace-up shoes, and a navy knit beanie, keeping a protective arm around Grande as they walked. The couple stopped at Present & Correct for coffee and browsed IDEA Books in Soho.
Their reunion follows months of speculation that began when Álvarez, a former backup dancer on Grande's 2015 Honeymoon tour, attended her birthday concert in Austin, Texas, in June. The pair were later seen holding hands in New York City and exchanging public comments on social media. During a Brooklyn performance, Grande altered a lyric from her 2019 hit "thank u, next"—which originally name-checks Álvarez alongside past partners—to "Wrote some songs about Ricky, we always find our way back."
The couple made their relationship Instagram official last week with a photo dump of mirror selfies showing them embracing. They have also marked their commitment with matching tattoos: Grande debuted the script "I do love you" on her collarbone during an early London show, matching ink Álvarez wears in a similar spot.
Grande and Álvarez originally dated from 2015 to 2016. With Eternal Sunshine performances continuing through early September, their coordinated presence in London appears set to continue.
