Help
How Frenzee works, answers to common questions, and how to reach a person.
What Frenzee is
Frenzee is a fashion discovery portal wrapped around a product-development studio.
The front door is Headlines — fashion stories reported by trade and consumer publications, rewritten and hosted here. Every article names the publication that reported it and links back to the original story.
Past the front door the product splits in two. Bookmarks and Canvas hold what you keep from reading. STUDIO is the working half, where product development and sourcing happen. The two are deliberately separate: Frenzee is not one dashboard with everything piled onto it.
How It Works
- 01
Read
Headlines is the landing page. Each story carries a category — WOMEN, MEN, KIDS or SUSTAINABILITY — and opens as a full article naming the publication that reported it, with a link to the original.
- 02
Keep
Bookmarks and Canvas are the areas that hold what you kept from reading. Both sit behind sign-in, so what you save is tied to your account rather than to the browser you happened to be using.
- 03
Work
STUDIO is the other half — products, library, sources, runs and orders. It is reached from the top nav and it keeps its own layout, so browsing never turns into a worksurface by accident.

FAQ
Do I need an account to read Frenzee?
No. Headlines are open to read signed out. An account is what lets you sign in from somewhere else and find the same thing — registering asks for a username, an email address and a password, and nothing else.
Where do the articles come from?
Frenzee rewrites fashion coverage published elsewhere. Every article names the publication that reported the story and links to the original. The images are made for Frenzee — a publisher’s photograph is never rehosted here, and the original text is never republished.
I have forgotten my password.
Choose Forgot password on the login screen and a reset link goes to the address on the account. The link works once, and setting a new password signs the account out everywhere, so every device asks for the new one.
The email asking me to confirm my address has not arrived.
Sign in and use Resend in the band at the top of the page — it mails a fresh link and retires the old one. If nothing lands, check the spam folder, then write to us with the form below.
Is there anything to pay for?
No. Frenzee sells no plan today and asks for no payment details anywhere in the app. Pricing & Plans above sets out what each plan includes.
Who answers a message sent from this page?
A person at Frenzee reads it and replies by email. Nothing sent from here is answered by a machine, and there is no queue robot in between.
How do I get my account, or something I sent you, removed?
Ask — through the form below, or by writing to support@frenzee.co. A person does the removal by hand; there is no self-serve delete on this page, and saying otherwise would be a button that does not exist.

EMAIL SUPPORT — support@frenzee.co →Contact form
A person reads every message sent from here and replies by email. Nothing on this page is answered automatically.
Content & takedown
Frenzee publishes rewritten coverage of stories first reported elsewhere. Every article names its source and links to it, the original text is never republished, and no publisher image is ever rehosted.
If you hold rights in something published here and want it removed, use the form above and choose Takedown, or write to support@frenzee.co. Either route reaches the same queue and both go to a person, not a filter.
Give us the address of the page on Frenzee, or the address of your original story — either one identifies the article. Removal is a single operation: the article leaves the feed, search and every reader path, its image is deleted, and the address answers 410 Gone from then on.
